Small Business Accounting

QuickBooks Online bookkeeping services offering weekly processing, reconciliation & financial statements. This offering is great for cash basis accounting.

Core Bookkeeping Services

Starts at $200/mo.

Weekly Bookkeeping Services:  Process all bank & credit card linked transactions, balance sheet reconciliation & weekly financial statements. 

Advanced Bookkeeping Services

Starts at $400/mo.

In addition to core bookkeeping services, this service manages your accounts payable, accounts receivable and receipt management for your business (using the Dext app), expanded weekly financial statements, budgeting & variance analysis, assist in payroll processing (ADP or Gusto)

Project & Location Accounting Services

Starts at $500/mo.

Do you want to track your business by multiple locations or projects?  In addition to Advanced Bookkeeping services, we will reconcile your bills & receipts to allocate each expense to to a specific location or project.  You must have at least QBO plus subscription and the Dext app for this service.

Shopify E-Commerce Accounting Services

Starts at $500/mo.

Do you have a Shopify store and are experiencing the nightmare of trying to reconcile payouts to sales?   We are an experienced e-commerce accounting partner and we can help understand your profitability that wouldn't be identified if you simply record deposits as "sales".

Corporate, Partnerships & Trusts

We will prepare your state and federal required returns from your Corporation (1120), S Corporation (1120s), Partnership(1065), Non-profit & Trusts. 

Price may increase without notice. Bookkeeping services require a monthly subscription to QuickBooks Online. Additional subscriptions may be necessary (Dext, a2x, payroll services, etc.) Price is dependent on the average number of monthly transactions.
